Product Description:
“Wearable high end fashion”
Youthful, edgy and innovative - the more casual end of the ‘Jacqui Alexander’ summer range reflects the styling of a young Moroccan princess. Basic black, pure white and soft heather are used to give an ancient culture’s dress a modern twist. The specifically designed shapes allow the dresses to fill with air giving a billowing effect and adding a touch of glamour that is juxtaposed against the otherwise minimalist style. Luscious viscose creates a sophisticated look that still adheres to utmost comfort. The styles are underpinned by the labels
fundamental principle of wearable high fashion.

My Comments: “Wearable high end fashion”
Describes best what this innovate young Australian designer produces.
One of Australia’s leading designers , this young edgy collection is now also growing very fast.
A reliable company with excellent deliveries and good quality production.

Jacqui Alexander has been profiled in Drapers and her designs were recently described by Fashion Trend as suitable for the everyday woman- a niche that she found in the market, between haute couture and average formal wear.

The label’s logo – an angel, which was designed in her school years reflects her pick up and go attitude. “Angels are like that they just kind of float by.” The designs are inspired by classic feminine icons such as Audrey Hepburn, but she also draws inspiration from young designers including Alexander McQueen and Zac Posen. Sometimes she models her own fashion, “I represent the clothes and the clothes represent me,” and uses a broad palette of colours including fuchsias, cool charcoals and burnt oranges.
