Building your Webpage
Our first step is to build a web page. You can see an example of this if you cick the “AGENCY OFFERS” link on the left.

To help us build your webpage, which is a profile of your company and your collection, we will send you a questionnaire.

We also will need strong photographic images of your collection for the last two seasons and a copy of your logo. We may also request you to send us some samples.

We cannot stress strongly enough the importance of strong professional photographs in order to help us attract agents/reps.

We will then issue the first invoice, which will be sent to you as an email attachment and will be due for immediate payment. This represents one third of the total fee.

Contacting Agents
We then begin to contact all the agents/reps on our database for the market segment relative to your collection. Contact is made by email. We also phone agents/reps we know personally - as an important part of what we do is networking.

Our database is a comprehensive listing of the majority of the agents/reps in the UK and all the major trading countries in the world. The database is divided into men’s, women’s and children’s wear, sportswear, accessories and shoes.

In the initial email we sent out we briefly introduce your collection to the agents/reps. With one or two photographs, your logo and ask them to look at the web page that we have made for you on our website.

I will pre interview for you those agents/reps that are interested and then present you with a shortlist of suitable agents. You can then meet them and decide on the most suitable for your need.

With many years experience in fashion I usually can identify the best agents/reps for the products.

If you find the agent/rep you like, you can make a contract, or if for any reason you are not satisfied I will continue my search for you.

We cannot guarantee to find you an agent/rep, however as very few people do what we do, we have a success rate of 96% in the UK and 90/92 % in the rest of the world.

However what we can guarantee is that if the agent you appoint is not successful for any reason, within the first year, I will find you another agent/rep without extra costs to you.

I can provide you with references from companies all over the world, many of them leading brands.

I do not meet 25% of my clients, so a handshake is not an essential to starting, but I do prefer to meet with my clients where possible.

Agent search's take from three weeks to 12 weeks, 85% of my clients find agents/reps within four to five weeks.
